Spirit of the Heart's Kids Summer Programs in Easthampton, Massachusetts help children build confidence, resilience, friendships, creativity, and emotional intelligence through martial arts, outdoor play, games, and imaginative adventures. Families join us from Easthampton, Northampton, Amherst, Hadley, Southampton, Holyoke, and throughout the Pioneer Valley.

Week of June 29
D&D & Sticks & Tricks-


Level up your martial arts skills while exploring the world of fantasy adventure.

Students will practice safe martial arts weapons training, teamwork, strategy, and imagination while developing balance, coordination, and confidence.

Perfect for adventurers, heroes, monks, rogues, and fighters alike.

Week of July 13
Cardboard Kingdom

How creative can we be?

Together we'll build kingdoms, castles, futuristic cities, and imaginative worlds using cardboard, teamwork, and creativity.

This week focuses on collaboration, problem-solving, leadership, and bringing big ideas to life.

Week of August 3
Into the Jungle

Monkeys. Tigers. Snakes. Cranes.

Explore the movements, strategies, and strengths of four traditional kung fu animals.

Students will discover agility, power, flexibility, balance, and focus through animal-inspired martial arts training and games.

Week of August 10
This Is How I Roll

Rolling. Cartwheels. Handstands. Martial arts style.

Learn safe falling skills, acrobatic movement, and dynamic martial arts techniques while building body awareness, confidence, and coordination.

A favorite for active kids who love to move.

Week of August 17
Kick'in It!

A Kung- fu kicking extravaganza.

Jump kicks. Spin kicks. Ground kicks.

Students will improve speed, power, balance, flexibility, and precision while exploring exciting kicking combinations and challenges.

We will help your child to become a part of our community by providing peer support and lots of encouragement.

What should my child wear?

Comfy clothes to move around in or a Kung-fu uniform if you have one.

Cancellation and Refund Policy

We understand that circumstances may change, and you may need to cancel your enrollment in our kids program. Please review our cancellation and refund policy below:

  1. Refunds for Cancellations Made in May for June - August Program Dates:

    • A $100 non-refundable processing fee will be applied to all refunds.

  2. Refunds for Cancellations in June for July -August Program Dates:

    • A $200 non-refundable late cancelling fee will be applied to all refunds.

    • No refunds will be issued for any cancellations made within 2 weeks of the program start date.

  3. Refunds for Cancellations in July for July Program Dates:

    • We regret to inform you that no refunds will be issued for cancellations

  4. Refunds for Cancellations in July or August for August Program Dates:

    • July Cancellations for August Weeks: $300 non-refundable late cancelling fee will be applied

    • No refunds will be issued for any cancellations made within 2 weeks of the program start date.

    • August Cancellations for August Weeks: We regret to inform you that no refunds will be issued

Transfer of Program Fee: If you need to cancel your enrollment but would like to transfer your program fee to a different week during the current summer, you may do so, provided space is available. No additional processing fee will be charged for this transfer.

If you would like to transfer your enrollment to another child, we are also able to do this for you.

Please note that all refund requests must be submitted in writing to info@spiritoftheheart.org and will be processed within 30 days of receipt.
