  • Study and Explore the Four Kung-Fu Animals in the Woods.

  • Run Forms and Practice Self-Defense in a Green Grassy Field

  • Swim in the Beautiful Lake

  • Sit Around our Campsite for Lunchtime

  • Work Together Building Shelters

  • Practice Conscious Communication

  • Play Frisbee and Cooperative Games

Schedule Of A Typical Day

  • Arrive at Campers Parking Lot: 8:55 am

  • Gather at Campsite: 9:00am - 9:30am

  • Woods Experience: 9:30am - 11:00am

  • Snack: 11:15am-11:30pm

  • Games and Martial Arts Practice: 11:30-12:30

  • Lunch: 12:30pm - 1:00pm

  • Communication Skills and Martial Arts: 1:00pm - 2:00pm

  • Swim : 2:00-2:45pm
